Why St. Clare
St. Clare Catholic School is a community of students, faculty, staff, parents and alumni committed to the total education of our students grades Pre-K - Eighth. In over 150 years of the school's operation, we have educated thousands of students who have made a positive change to the world around them.
At St. Clare Catholic School, you will find countless traditions and a sense of community among the families that share common morals and values. St. Clare provides an environment which values excellence in spirituality, leadership, and service.
St. Clare currently has over 460 students including our renowned preschool program. This makes us one of the largest Catholic Pre-K – 8th grade schools in the area.
In line with our mission, our hope for each child is that through the value of incorporating faith formation into all aspects of their education, we are not only building smart students, but we are building strong Catholics who will lead the way in our faith as they grow.

Companions on the Journey
Teaching Experience
The average length of teaching experience is 12 years. All faculty and administrators hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Religious Education
Students go to Mass weekly and have the opportunity to plan and participate in religious based activities throughout the school year.
Parental Involvement
From our homeroom coordinators to parent volunteers, our parents are invited to be active participants in their child’s education. We also have our Parents & Friends Organization, which works with the faculty and staff to host events and keep parents active in our school community through activities like our Fall Festival, Santa’s Fun Shop, Field Day and other volunteering opportunities.
Our curriculum and student life activities offer opportunities for students to embrace music (both Band and Choir), to participate in sports education and to develop their talent and understanding of the arts.
